• This must be redeemed on your actual birthday.

Penelope's Peculiars

• If you can bring /show Penelope a body part that she has never seen before she will do the pierce for FREE.
• A few rules:
• The area/part must be healthy enough for a pierce
• The client must still pay for the jewelry used in the piercing
• Third nipples will not be accepted, Penelope has already pierced many of these throughout her career and they are more commonplace than one would imagine.
