Cheryl:

Cheryl is very excited to join the crew at HBA! She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Paier College of Art in Hamden, CT, where she majored in Illustration. Her main focus was all aspects of the human form, from portraiture, life drawing, and anatomy to caricature, pinups, and pulp art. Upon graduating, she dove head-first into finding a tattoo apprenticeship to follow her life-long dream of being a tattoo artist.

She found that opportunity in Waterbury, CT, where she relished the chance to learn all that she could from the industry veterans in the area. Cheryl worked hard to hone her skills in many different styles & techniques. She makes her clients’ health and safety a top priority, holding current certification in Bloodborne Pathogen training, Human Anatomy & Physiology, First Aid, & CPR, as well as being scrupulously clean in her work.

She takes her job very seriously, and loves working with her clients to create the perfect piece for their body. Each tattoo is its own unique endeavor to be researched, conceptualized, drawn, and brought to life, and Cheryl hopes to share this process with you and expand your expectations of what a tattoo can be!
