Beckie:

 

Beckies path to becoming a body piercer began after many years of begging Penelope to teach her. Finally in 2005, her diligence paid off with a grueling two year apprenticeship.

She not only worked along side Penelope almost every day, but also went to the Association of Professional Piercers conference in Las Vegas.  There she took classes and conferred with some of the best piercers in the world.

Her dedication to learning paid off with her being licensed in 2007 by the Amherst board of health and beginning her career as a professional Piercer at Luckys tattoo. 

After that shop closed in 2009 and she was no longer able to pierce, there were plans to move out of Massachusetts and find another shop in which to practice her art, but when word that Penelope was opening Haven Body Arts, plans changed again, and she worked along side her mentor to create her new home. Beckie wants to make everyone as shiny as possible (as she is pretty shiny herself).  

She is thrilled to help people along their modification journeys.  Beckie is obsessed with Halloween and all things Tim Burton. Her current life goal is: acquiring a micro-pig.
